My picture is kind of lame today, but you get the general idea, right? 

We witnessed this first hand at Mc Faddin beach as it was a public beach, not a state park, so the authorities did not clean it, or provide trash bins except at the entrance. Hence, the overflowing trash bin or dumpster. People have no respect these days. How sad.
