Anne and I walked our usual route this morning and on the way we met neighbor Julie and her dog Max. He is my Whiskey’s doppelgänger!! Coloring a bit different and a slightly longer tail, but wow! Very close!
Anne was to be reunited this evening with her daughter Lise who travels from Denmark to visit 2-3 times a year. She was going to have a full schedule for the remainder of our time here, so I said my hopeful goodbye this morning. We agreed if there was any time at all I wanted to meet Lise.
About a half an hour ago Anne asked if I’d like to walk with them tomorrow morning!! Heck yeah I did! If this is the only chance I get for more time with Anne and a chance to meet Lise, my trip will be complete!
I still haven’t met neighbors Logan and his parents, but there’s nothing I can do about that. I’ll take what I can get, gladly!! I just have to say, I’ll be dreaming happy dreams tonight! ☺️
