Bigger Puddles

Can you see Old Glory in the reflection?

The puddles are getting even bigger as we enter into a second rainy day here in Florida. Hopefully we will see the sun later this afternoon like we did yesterday, but it looks like it might be awhile.

A close up of the activity

The wind had died down by the time we took our walk, so the flag was hard to see, but I saw it from my bedroom window and knew I had to try for Dan.

That’s a pretty wide swath to come!

Looks like it’s going to be a wet and possibly wild start to the week. We even heard the rare thunder last night as the rain beat down on the motor home.

It was so loud, I had to increase the volume on the tv! Those with houses of patios with metal roofs will understand the clamor I’m talking about. The bus is not metal of course, but the sound of raindrops -especially when they gather en masse, is thunderous.

I’d like to add a side note concerning yesterday’s post. Thanks to everyone who responded in kind to my question about the new feature I’m planning…The Sunday Message. It’s very humbling to know your readers, followers, and friends are willing to listen no matter what you have to say. ☺️🤗 I appreciate you more than you know, and I hope my words will be inspiring or interesting. I’m glad I listened to the niggling in the back of my head that I now realize was the Lord calling me to share His word the only way I know how.

Thank you all!
