The flags were flying and so were the bags today at the monthly corn hole tournament.

Dave had signed up early on, and played five games for a total of two wins and three losses, which wasn’t bad for his first tourney.

Corn hole Kenny (as he’s sometimes referred to here) and his wife Becky, pretty much run the event, being Kenny normally plays daily from sun up to sundown. He is always barefoot too, so he’s sometimes called Barefoot Kenny.

It was a beautiful, yet windy day, and also Dave’s birthday! I believe I got more sun today than I have in the last three times of going to he pool.
The fun, sun, and food made for a fabulous day, but last night’s activities together with today’s, had us both ready for a nap when it was over and done. I was not successful, but Dave was snoozing on the couch last I checked.

As usual- Molly- the most famous pup in the park, stole the show with cuteness overload.

The folks around here are quite passionate about cornhole and participation was well received. Only issue was an odd number of teams, so one team had to play one round without partners. That team was probably exhausted in the end.
I was a spectator again, not wanting to jinx the fact that my back is getting better. My luck, I’d have thrown out a hip or something.
I did do a little dancing last night at the Ronny Satterwhite show. I didn’t care much for him but we had a great time anyway, and brought the party back to our place last night.
I’ll have to tell you who won the tournament later, because I left before finding out.
