Oh, I’m so excited about tomorrow that I don’t mind the uneventful days so much.
We will be riding one of the trains in Durango for a five hour trip, including lunch.
Not sure what we will see, but there will be some stops for pictures, so stay tuned!
Acquaintances Chuck and Sherry that I play Mahjong with are meeting us there to ride with us. So getting to know them more will be fun as well!
Friend Judy wanted us to do the all-day trip running through Silverton, but we can’t leave our fur babies that long, so we chose a different package. I know we will see the Animas River, and people tube down the rapids.
It will be a new experience, one I hope to relate to you later. The tickets were rather expensive, but we don’t buy much except groceries, so we decided to splurge on an experience. I hope it’s all worthwhile! ☺️
