That Has Also Got to Go

My 0-nicotine vape

This morning, my pain was so excruciating, my first thought was “hospital”.

Yet somehow, due to the insistence of my bladder and the dogs beefing to leave the room, I got myself up and moving.

When I went to Care Now a couple of weeks ago, the RN listened to but did not X-ray my lungs. I’m still not convinced that my lungs are ok. Or my kidneys for that matter. So, for my own peace of mind I’m getting rid of this vape as well.

I just told myself I don’t need it.

Dave has so much to do this week to get the bus ready to travel -he can’t sleep for worrying, I am useless right now as far as he’s concerned, so he’s taking it all on himself.

I need to be seen by someone before we go, but that would mean sitting all day at the VA or the hospital, and we don’t have time for that.

Say a prayer that getting rid of this last vice replacement of mine will work, and my newest pain will disappear. 🙏 It has been going on for a long time, months in fact. Its either my lungs or my cysts on my kidneys have grown larger and are causing pain.

i don’t know, I only know I have to keep moving. So here I go. More later!

  3. I hope you manage to get that visit before heading out again. Giving up the vape would seem to be a good move.

    1. Thank you, Anne. I’m praying that getting rid of all the vapes, 0-nicotine or not-makes a difference in the way I’m feeling. The other back issues seem to be better with more movement. I felt 75% better when I woke up this morning. I’m praying it just gets better!
