Silent Morning

As I sit here in the silence, its peaceful and reflective, but I need to get up and move around soon.

My son Sean is moving today, maybe I should go lend a hand and get my mind off of everything for a while. We’ll see.

I have done my Spanish, read my emails, and checked my Facebook messages and responded to many of the condolences on my dad’s obituary.

Everything is done that I can do in preparation for his services, except to buy a frame for his photo and a guest book. His urn is expected to arrive today or tomorrow, so the dilemma is should I hang around here and wait for it, or go get some things done?

I guess I will get dressed, eat breakfast, and see what develops.

Have a peaceful day everyone, and if you get a silent moment or two, enjoy it. 🤗

  1. Kim, I have been playing catch up on blogs. I was so sorry to read about your father. I know that pain and sadness all too well. Keeping you in my thoughts.
