Angels and Demons

Ángel #16
Demon #17

Inktober plods on and here’s my cartoonish depictions of an angel and a demon, numbers 16, and 17 on the calendar.

I looked on the internet for images of each but what I found would have been way beyond my scope and talent. I know I should try to take more time with each image, but there’s other things needing attention.

Dave and I have gone out to the storage two days in a row, trying to get the bus started (she’s not so great in the cooler temps) and of course, just when we go and buy jumper cables, she started up on the trip back from Wally World.

I took a few things back out to put on the bus that we no longer need in anticipation of getting ready to get back on the road. If Dave gets the all clear on Thursday, we are going to try and get out of here next week. If we get out next week, I think we will be able to head towards North Carolina before it gets too cold!

Dave’s wounds are starting to heal and he is starting to itch. I hope the Dr. agrees that he is ready for the stitches to come out and oks us to keep healing the scar with coconut oil or something. Right now he’s using Vaseline and gauze but I think he’s about to switch to the non-stick pads and tape. The swelling is way down and looking much better. Fingers crossed!

    1. To heal it up and keep it moist until the Dr takes the stitches out. Just Vaseline right now, but when they come out I want to use coconut oil to heal the scar.
