Get to Know You #16

Thanks to Kimber at Story Spinner for today’s questions.

  1. How old were you when you had your first celebrity crush, and who was it?
  2. Do you have any pet peeves?
  3. What causes are you passionate about?
  4. If you could live in a movie, which one would it be and why?
  5. What’s one thing that can instantly make your day better?
  6. Here is the link if you want to join in the fun.

1). I’m sure there was some before him but the first one that comes to mind is Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. I was 14 when I started adoring him and his band like half of American girls at the time!

2). I do. I hate when someone puts dirty dishes in the clean side of the sink. My family knew this and I swear they did it on purpose to aggravate me.

3). I’m not going to say I always contribute to them, but the PKD foundation is one because it’s what my mother and me have and what eventually took her life. The other one is the Parkinson’s foundation because that is what my dad had.

4). I want to be in a movie that has no or very little violence and in a setting that I’d love to live in forever. I loved the Swiss Family Robinson because they lived in a cool treehouse on the beach. It’s been years since I saw it though, I may be forgetting the violence if there was any.

5). To see my husband in a good mood, offering to make me breakfast and telling me we have plans for the day. It’s been hard being in this beautiful place and not doing much because of me and my back issues. Looking forward to exploring more now that I have way less pain and can again walk unassisted!

  2. Heeeeey! I love your answers! I like my kitchen organized with a clean side, too, so I can see why that’s a pet peeve. What a great movie to choose! I haven’t seen that in years either but I sure would like to rewatch it soon.

Thank you so much for playing and also for passing the questions along. 🙂 xoxo

    1. Ability is more like it! I don’t need the cane or David’s support any more, but we still walk together.
