Talk about floundering February!

Can you believe this girl tried line dancing the other night? Not only did it make me feel like I had no rhythm, I was floundering with the steps and going the wrong way half the time. I’m so glad nobody was video taping me, lol. It was fun, but wow, what a workout!
I told them I felt like I was doing Zumba and I’m so out of shape, even with all my swimming and walking! I’ve gained a few pounds, and that is very hard to lose when you get to be a certain age. My back is a little tender, but the pain doc told me today that I’m doing so good! Keep up all activities that I can tolerate, but he made sure I had plenty of medicine in case I re-injure it and to keep me out of pain for the long trip home come April.
Once I get the steps down and start moving more fluidly, I shouldn’t be sore anymore. Talking about exercise, it’s now time for a walk. See ya later!
