I took a walk once my message was delivered to ease my pain and everything else that walking does for you. I’ve made a kind of “move pledge” on my pacer app to increase my steps and keep me accountable.
I didn’t know where it would lead, I just took off, knowing I needed to move my body. It really makes me appreciate nature every time! I passed bubbling brooks, pine and other kinds of trees, stood by our pond looking for signs of life, but seeing no activity, walked on.

I started at the back of the park area, winding my way around the pond and down to the office. Walked in, looked around and checked for pkgs., then wandered out and took the gravel path as far as it would go.

I saw another part of the brook here, decided not to trust the 2×4 “bridge” crossing it, and walked to the road. I’m mad that I can’t share the video of it here.
As I followed the road back to our motor home, the sky had darkened, but walking where the sun was shining was rather warm. I was happy to reach our cabana, where I sat for a few minutes cooling down.

I had taken pics of the (aspens?) waving their leaves and wanted to post it and ask if I was right. However, I had to settle for a still photo and make a still of the brook as well.

Not sure why it he pic I grabbed from my phone did this instead of showing the video.

If I try to resize it, it gets blurry. Ugh.
So anyway, that’s my walk around the park. It really is pretty here despite the dusty roads. I guess when the pool opens, we’ll drive back and forth to it because I can’t visualize getting all oiled up, then wet, and walking back in the dust to get home. I’d be a muddy mess!
I saw no wildlife to photograph. Maybe next time. I’m dying to show you our funny little squirrels. 🤗
If anyone knows wether those are aspens I captured, let me know.
