Yea! We finally got a good rain!! Now, maybe the dust will calm down for a bit.

Anyway, that was nice, but made for a boring day around the house because the internet wasn’t working either for a long time. Before the storm, we’d gone back to Dolores to pick out spot come Aug 1. I think we will love it there because there is so much to do that close to the river and the lake. Plus, the campground is flat! Still gravel, but no hills to negotiate all day every day.

For now, this is home, here in Echo Basin, and it occurred to me that I haven’t shown you our new table or the set up since we got the new chairs. So here is a little gallery.

The white chair we have tucked away unused until we get company, which is rare. Yet I understand, its barely big enough for us to move around in.

Most campers spend all their time outside their RVs, but we spend little. Its not exactly what I dreamed it would be, but we make it work. I enjoy the lifestyle, and the travel. When crave social activities, I seek them out. I’ll be happy when we are back in a place where Dave wants to be outside, at least some of the time. ☺️
