Jupiter Rocks!

No, this isn’t another rock hounding post.

This is a short post about Saturday night and the band that provided us a few hours of fun and entertainment!

Jupiter Rocks, a 5-piece band, sang hits from the past few decades and the dancing was all night fun. I captured David, laughing with friends as he thoroughly enjoyed the night.

He did dance a couple of songs and tried to teach me the three step, something I just can’t get the hang of, but we had fun trying. I should have taken pics with a loaded dance floor, but I was too busy dancing for that! 😂

I wanted to take him out for a meal featuring oysters, but he settled for lunch at Angelos. He had a hot sub and I had penne chicken and broccoli. It was all delicious.

I’m pretty sure he has really enjoyed this whole birthday weekend and we appreciate all the happy birthday wishes, Facebook messages, and the so many friends we have made along the way.

Dave is always so generous with his things, his time, and even his money sometimes, and his friends here bought him beer, payed for his golf game yesterday and more. I couldn’t be happier for him. He does the same for his friends!

He is so hard to surprise, but they got him good, when the band sang a hearty happy birthday to him and he came to the stage to thank everyone all around.

Weve both had a joy filled weekend. ☺️

PS: If the girl singer looks 12 to you all too, we dared to ask her and she is actually 24! She was the best singer in the band.

    1. It was a blast and I’m still happy I’m dry, lol. There were many casualties the next day, lol. I can’t believe so many people our age still overdo it!
