We All Need Help Right Now

I need help to calm down,

help to relax

this virus is causing my nerves to tax

especially when someone next to me sneezes

coughs, or otherwise wheezes

i can’t help but be nervous

for family and friends

waiting for the crisis to be over

never ends

we all need to pray and help each other cope

but most of all, don’t dare let us lose hope. 🙏🙏

Say a collective prayer for each other as we struggle to get through this time together.

 

”God please keep my family safe, help me help them however I can, while trying to comply with the rules put in place. Amen.”

    It has been said that the excessive media hype is causing we public immense mental problems. And I will agree, it is so.

    That may be, but when your father is 85 and your brother is sitting in the same room complaining of upper respiratory symptoms and later tells me he had a low-grade fever, I think I have cause to worry. I did share with him he should only take Tylenol as the experts are saying everyone who took Advil has a much more severe case of the virus than those who don’t. I just pray it was nothing, or maybe allergies.
