Well, it’s Saturday, and that means it’s time to tackle Linda G Hill’s SoCS prompt for today: Your Friday prompt for Stream of Consciousness Saturday is “rock’.” Use it any way you’d like. Have fun!
Let’s rock this shall we?

Ok, you’ve all seen and heard about my rock collecting, tumbling and using the final product in crafts of all kinds. So guess what? It’s time again to start another batch! This time, I’ll be tumbling rougher stones that I gathered in Arizona, along with some of the ones I didn’t get smooth enough on the first batch.
My grits and polishes will have to be measured, however, because the ones in my beginners kit are all gone. That will be a challenge since I don’t have my scale. Guess I’ll have to refer back to my tumbling stones class and try to guess it right by sight…or wait until I get home in August to start again. I’ll have to get my scale from storage though.
Here at the RV park, they are planning a hot dog dinner for all of us to celebrate the 4th of July! It’s too bad so many people come and go here and we don’t have much chance to get to know anyone. We may or may not go, idk yet.
Unfortunately, where we are is a street over from a bar that plays live music, and they were rocking out til about midnight last night. Rock, blues, drumming, and sing-screaming is what it sounded like coming through the thin walls of our motor home. It took a while, even after my sleep gummy to fall asleep with that racket, plus the neighbor’s air conditioner fan rattled all night off and on. Dave and the dogs were also snoring…y’all get the picture right?
I’m not sure what the plan is today, but it’s time to rock on and get something going. Hey, I don’t know how many of you listen to rock music, but I heard a reimagined version of Billy Joel’s We Didn’t Start the Fire by Fallout Boy. It’s really good and they made it very relevant to present time.
I hope you can rock out to the video! If not, try it this.
