WELL, I won’t say I know where the keys to the kingdom are, but I would say that I’m a life-long learner!
I’m keen on learning all that I can, and still take classes if something strikes my fancy. Sure, they are usually online, the last class being how to polish rocks, but I’d like to go back and finish my class on becoming a transcriptionist.
Problem is, I packed up all of my equipment and it’s in the storage. I think I’ll wait and see if we have room once we update the bus interior.
Who knows when that will be, because the bus is still in the shop getting repairs done. Once we get it back, we will recruit one of our kids to help lay the new floors and maybe even remove the furniture.
Anyhow, back to knowledge, I am also an avid reader and love soaking up new things. Most of you know that every morning I read the Morning Brew newsletter and after the The Daily 1440 Digest. I read tons of blogs about RVing, from new places to go to repairs and updates you can do yourself.
I read all the blogs I follow and sometimes new ones, run down the rabbit holes some of them take me on, I click the links, and words I don’t know.
I’ve learned how to monetize my blog or become and affiliate marketer, yet never heeded any of that knowledge because deep down, I’m not a sales person.
My followers trust me and that is important. I don’t want to ruin that by trying to sell them something. I don’t even like the ads that are probably on my posts, and they don’t earn me a cent.
I love to craft and learning how to do new ones, I don’t know how to knit, but sometimes I crochet…maybe knitting would be easier!
One last thought, I could have done my post on my name-Kimberly-yet I don’t go by it, I like Kim. My proper name is too serious, like I’m in trouble or something! I get tagged with nicknames or pet names most of the time anyway.
