Indiantown Nature Shots

Monday found us back on the golf course as I was driving Mr David from hole to hole.

I love being in Florida due to all the wildlife one can see right on a golf course. Its designed to enhance players as well as the local flora and fauna.

It is almost as if the golf course is like its own natural preserve with the abundance of birds and other wildlife -including alligators!

We never saw one of his trip, but I got close to the sandhill crane, ducks of many kinds, and even a squirrel stopped to check me out.

I’ll post a gallery below featuring Mr Dave in fine form.

Why, Mr David even treated me to lunch at the clubhouse afterward! I tried once again to have a simple glass of red wine, but found out the next day it still doesn’t agree with my stomach.

I like it when he includes me in a sport he loves doing, almost as much as driving him around in the golf cart. It’s so fun! Next for me to learn is fly fishing. 😘

One last thought, I wish you could see the colors of that lizard. He has orange and blue and maybe black coloring. It is so hard to see because they are so fast running away.

I went to Duck Duck Go and grabbed a few pics of local lizards, the colorful guy is like the one on the pole at the golf course.
