Drying Out

And Soaking up the AC

I don’t know when I’ve shown the latest of my drawings, but in between rain storms and other goings on, I’ve managed to get some work done.

I’ve been working on incorporating mistakes into part of the drawing. This is a zen doodle. I also found some col corner pieces to dress up the pages a bit.

We are so soggy from a week of rain! Now the sun is out and temps will climb into 5he low 90’s today. Feels like a wet towel outside, so I’m inside soaking up the AC. I do have errands to run however, just putting them off a bit longer.

Big mistakes in this zentangle but hopefully, you can’t tell. Again, I worked them in cause I didn’t want to waste a card.

This was done quickly yesterday afternoon and never “polished” but I might leave it this way. What say you all?

Thank goodness God doesn’t expect us to be perfect. Just real. This is me on a page. ☺️

One side note: I’m in a new Bible study plan called Discipology. It’s teaching us how to go and make disciples just like Jesus taught the Apostles to do. Join me in the Bible App if you wish, its really fun so far.

To that end, let me share a favorite tune by the band Disciple!

  4. I say leave it that way! It is wonderful, as are all your drawings!

That sounds like a great Bible study. Mine starts this Fall and I’m so looking forward to it. I missed it last year because of my heart surgery.

Do you use the Bible app or a different way for your Bible study? Not that it matters, you do Bible study and that’s great to hear!

      1. You can follow along online or meet at the church. It’s a world-wide Bible study. They go into real depth. It’s called Bible Study Fellowship or BSF. It’s interdenominational.

      3. My daughter is one of the teachers, and she has so much fun doing it. This year, she is going to lead, but she is going to work with the children, I think.

Yes, the urge to draw or write/read is strong on rainy days.
