As we walk through the valley of the unknown

Treading the waters of uncertainty

Let us forge ahead

Unfilled with dread

For God will lead us home.

My mind may be unfocused

Yet I will move along

If writing doesn’t come to me

Then I’ll sing a song.

Appreciate what we have

We know tomorrow is not sure

Why dwell upon the past?

Search inside for inner strength

To guide you along the path

Climb those mountains, bluffs and hills

Rest easy come the Sabbath
