Well. I’m finally able to work from my laptop now that we brought our mobile hotspot.

Unfortunately, when I opened my blog, I saw 12 or more comments that never showed up in my notifications. I saw comments from people I had never known were even reading my blog! I’m sorry I have been missing your comments, and I’m sorry that the people I didn’t know may never comment again. Those unknown comments were from March!

I looked through my dashboard hoping to find an obvious answer to the problem, but only found one thing to change. I have no idea if it will work, but I turned off the option for prior comment approval. I didn’t even know that was checked. We will see.

Hopefully, I’ve solved the issue, but if not, I’ll be checking not only the notifications tab but also the comments section daily.

Now if you could tell me how to enlarge the font in my dashboard, lol! I fixed it here, so now I can see what I’m typing, but when reading the comments, it’s so small, I have to squint. That also may have to do with the fact that I am using a separate keyboard from the one on my laptop. It makes me a little further away.

In separate news, I had a nice lunch with my long-time bestie and her daughter, who drove in from Bridgeport, Tx to visit us! Kaye has been my friend since we moved to Tx in the early 70’s. I was in second grade when we got here. I believe I was seven. We met over the fence in our backyards!

This week has been more challenging on my diet because I ate out yesterday, I will eat out tonight (date night and all) and my brother made plans for us to go to dinner and see his favorite band, a local band his friends are in. Plus, I have not been moving as much as normal. It’s so hot!

Today, I would like to get back to the crafts, like painting and maybe some macrame. We will see, it’s already three! It took forever to get back on my laptop. We also went grocery shopping earlier. If I do make another attempt at the painting, I will show you the results. 🙂
