Goodnight, but I’m full after eating with friends JoAnne and Cameron at Rosa’s Cafe!
We were reunited recently while in Port Aransas and we all love getting back together to visit and reminisce. They happened to be in town from Granbury for their annual dental checkups. She texted me about lunch after, so we made a date to meet at Rosa’s -and none of us had a drink! We all had tea, JoAnne and I had combo nachos and the guys had tacos.
We discussed all recent events and our upcoming trip to see our granddaughter in Ohio. Dave will also be reunited with a Marine buddy whom he hasn’t seen in about 40 years. (Earl)

She just started back to school a couple of weeks ago.
We have made arrangements to rent a car, and set up hotel stays for several places. My brother is helping do that with some of his accumulated points, which will save us a lot of money! Bless him for offering! We will head to Earl’s place first for a day or two then head south to Convoy to meet our baby girl…who isn’t a baby anymore. She’s six going on seven. I have a few surprises for her, she is waiting with baited breath, I’m sure!
Have you never heard of someone using “goodnight”as an exclamation before? My mother-in-law used to say it all the time.
I thought I had a good quote for today’s one-liner, but decided to include the word of the day instead.
Well, we have to run to the grocery store soon, so I’ll wrap it up. I hope you all have a good night! 😉
