If the weather isn’t nasty tomorrow, we are going to Monticello Utah where there is a gorgeous golf cours Dave wants me to see. Its just rained and they are calling for more tomorrow.

Today, we visited Echo Basin so I could play Mahjong with my friends and Dave hung out in between hitting some balls on their mini-golf greens.

On the way home, we stopped by Walmart, ordered our contacts (Dave got new glasses too), then went to lunch at Fiesta Mexicana -the coconut margarita was the special again -and I had delicious bacon-wrapped shrimp, salad, and a few of the peppers and onions. I’m never going to lose weight enjoying food like this! Dave had the lunch special, pork carnitas tacos.

We don’t normally eat out two days in a row, but yesterday, I offered to buy burgers for lunch, but it was so crowded we left and went to Kelly’s Kitchen, a place we’ve both wanted to try for a while. Omg! I had a cauliflower steak with goat cheese and onion jam and it was off the chain!! So delicious, I would eat cauliflower like that anytime! Dave had the Reuben and brought the other half home.

Needless to say, the pork chops meant for dinner last night still haven’t been cooked…maybe tomorrow.

Please continue to pray for the families impacted by this week’s violence. Charlie Kirk yesterday, and the poor lady stabbed on the subway for no reason at all. 🙏🙏
