I struggled to show highlights and shadows and it comes off looking like a demented strawberry, lol.
In other news, Dave is home and resting after having another surgery to cover the hole the Dr made last week when he removed the cancer. The spot is so close to his eye that he (the surgeon) had a difficult time completely covering the hole with skin from Dave’s forehead, but he erased his frown lines in the process. He really should have gone to a real plastic surgeon, but that would have taken another month or more to approve. We think as bad as it looks today, when all heals up, it will look just fine.
Poor Dave. He lost this round to Mike Tyson is what he looks like, and again, he got nothing but a local and some Tylenol. I could not have been so tough. He went to bed early, and tomorrow I should be able to pick up his antibiotics and Tylenol 3 for pain. By the time the Dr signed off on the prescription the pharmacy was closed. 🤬 So mad! I hate thinking of how bad he is hurting. He has a zipper of stitches from the inside of his nose up his forehead. But I know time heals and he is a quick healer.
