Happy Veterans Day and thank you to all the service men and women who have served or are still serving!
My man is the feature image today, as he is a proud veteran who served in the Marine Corp. Yesterday was the Marines birthday, btw.
We just got back from a delicious, free lunch at Chicken Salad Chick. One of the participating businesses honoring veterans today. We decided to take advantage of that sweet deal. There are so many more of you go to this site, you can find them.
Yesterday, we went to visit Dave’s niece, her hubby, their little daughter, and his sister-in-law. Tori, Greg, Sadie, and Terri respectively. I took some pics while I was there, but Tori denied me a picture because she was hot and sweaty, lol.

We had a good visit and caught up in the brief time we were there. Greg and Sadie were headed for the park so she could practice on her electric motorcycle. She’s two, y’all! I knew with a speed racer like her dad, it would not be long before he had her on a bike. She does great, btw!
I wish we could have seen her in action, but I’ve seen previous videos on Facebook, so I know she has it down.
I was ecstatic to hear that Tori and Greg go to church with her and hold a Bible study every Thursday. Bringing her up with the Lord is so important and it warmed my heart to hear it!
I would also like to wish our friend and fellow veteran Earl Walker a happy Birthday as well as my sweet Rayven. Today is hers also and she is a big seven today!!

Shes a tiny thing, and no, she didn’t get to keep that kitty. However, she does get to visit it at her other grandmother’s house.
