All the untold stories

Waiting to be heard

Are still sitting somewhere

In the recesses of my brain

Inspiration is fleeting

Nowhere to be found

Maybe a prompt will help

Or a nature walk on the beach

Park, or yard even

God’s creation brings inspiration

Like my new sunflower

Or that seed pod in the sand

Stories now are forming

All thanks to God’s artistic hand.
