Dave and I were up early this morning to get things ready for the open house.

He had to mow while I finished up putting things away and cleaning even better. We were ready way ahead of time, so we went out and had breakfast. Jim arrived right behind the open house reps, so we had some time and took him out to see the new motor home.

Soon it was time to turn over the virtual keys and disappear for a while. We left the house in Jim’s capable hands along with his associates and wandered around for a while, finally ending up at Los Vicaros for some tasty frozen beverages and snacks.

Jim sent us a message that was good news. A nice turnout and an interested party that would be a CASH buyer! That would be so exciting if it happened, but we shall see.
