I’ve got the dog channel playing soft, Christian piano music as background noise while I read and write. I’m freshly showered and calm, dogs are calm, and the dog videos are sweet.

I must be reserving my energy for the big day tomorrow. Tonight we go get the keys, and go to the duplex to look at things and probably decide where the furniture will go when it gets there.

We still haven’t worked out how we will get our stuff off the bus yet, but Dave has secured a storage unit for a month while we search for one with a cover. I am dying to do a little shopping on Wayfair and Amazon to get shelving and decor, but will stop myself until I know whether I ned to contribute in any way.

This was a huge expense getting in this duplex, so shopping except for food and what’s absolutely necessary will take a back seat for a while. We will probably rent another tiny Uhaul trailer to get stuff from the bus to the house

Oh! I also forgot to show y’all a pic or two that I’ve taken n the last week or so. Nothing big, just stuff.

We will have a few words with the tonight about not disclosing that we had to carry extra insurance. Another added expense!

In other news, the new back brace seems to be helping. ☺️

I tried a lidocaine patch yesterday but didn’t notice it helped at all. The belt made it stay in place though!

Its warm and windy today and that makes me happy. But now I must get up and move around. Til later!
