Last night while trying to fall asleep I wrote the perfect blog post and wouldn’t you know it? I can’t remember a single word of it.

Just that it lead into something about my new sketchbook and how I want to make it Godly and with words and thoughts and maybe even musical ideas from the Bible.

I’d never want to disturb my husband while he is trying to sleep, but I need to start writing when these ideas come to me because, well you see where I am now! So what I will do is show you my first two pieces. That was part of the plan.

This is the first tangle in the book to set things off. I asked opinions on whether I should add color and the consensus was no.

I finished the second one today. It took me three days at 30 minutes each I think to do this one. (I don’t get much time for my art)

I get the basic ideas off of Pinterest and then make them my own. Sometimes I go back over them to darken the lines up but on this one I didn’t want to take a chance of messing it up. I know it’s not polished. I’m still practicing and learning.

This is my first time seeing the video. I like it.

So yeah. Art. Words. Music. More to come.
