Ok, that didn’t rhyme and the damage wasn’t life-threatening, it was a suprise to me though. Dave actually saw it, I’d been driving it and never saw the big dent in the hood next to the windshield. Dave says he can order the part and replace it -its more a cosmetic thing, I don’t think it will affect the hood going up and down.
