Sunday’s Six Sentence Story

I’m not as good at spinning a yarn as some but here goes.

Here at the Six Sentence Story Cafe, we don’t take ourselves to seriously, however, spinning a yarn is serious business to some.

With the prompt word in mind then, I’ll tell you my experience with crochet, which involves yarn.

Every time I’ve started a project, its been an exercise in frustration.

The yarn knots up, or I lose my stitch count, or I lose it and ignore it -proceeding to make uneven rows, lopsided rounds or whatever the project called for, resulting in wasted time “frogging” until I get back to the beginning before the count went awry.

Usually, this means an abandoned project, stuffed back into the yarn bag until I feel confident enough to try again.
